Dominique Vitry is an experienced menu and packaging innovation leader with over 15 years’ in the Restaurant and Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Growing up in New Orleans and the daughter of a chef, Dominique was exposed at an early age to the energy and creativity of the food and beverage industry. Her passion for food today continues in her role as Vice President of Research and Development, Fry Cook and Cashier for Raising Canes.
Prior to joining the Raising Cane's crew, Dominique served as the Director of Menu Innovation for Pizza Hut where she looked after crafting new ways to stuff crust and uncover menu solutions to drive demand in a highly competitive market. Previous to Pizza Hut, Dominique held diverse roles within Kraft Foods including Quality Systems, Operations and Research and Development.
Dominique holds a M.S. in Engineering Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a B.S. in Nutrition, Food & Culinary Science from Louisiana State University.
