Kristyn Oramas is an Employee Relations Manager at Red Lobster. She is responsible for strengthening the employer-employee relationship by identifying and resolving workplace issues, partnering with operations leaders to promote workplace satisfaction, and providing guidance on performance management. Kristyn drives risk mitigation and avoided liability efforts by conducting investigations, influencing process improvement projects, and managing unemployment.
In addition, Kristyn serves as Red Lobster’s Women’s Foodservice Forum’s (WFF) Ambassador. As a liaison, Kristyn supports WFF’s mission of advancing women in leadership roles by amplifying WFF resources and local events such as Leadership Development Workshops. Kristyn’s work in this area includes designing and implementing professional development sessions, based on WFF’s conferences, including Lead Your Career: Driving Results By Embracing the Moments That Matter and The Mentoring Movement.
Prior to Employee Relations, Kristyn held roles in Talent Acquisition and Training & Development with Red Lobster.
Kristyn earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College. She is a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management and received her Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
