As Director of Premium and New Growth for Arby’s, Nancy Ellis is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the brand’s sandwich and entrée growth initiatives, including compelling LTO refreshes, core menu improvements, as well as identification and implementation of new revenue streams. She leads a team of brand managers tasked with developing a guest and insight-driven innovation pipeline to deliver profitable, incremental sales and transactions through current guests and Arby’s strategic growth target.
During her career at HoneyBaked Ham and Newell Rubbermaid, Nancy worked in a variety of consumer insights and brand management roles to drive innovation, execution, and growth across each brand.
Nancy is a graduate of Emory University’s Evening MBA program and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
