Nayla leads Performance and Talent Management for Americana Group and has been in position for the last 18 months. Americana is the is the leading Restaurants and Foods company in the MENA region, operating in more than 13 countries, with a portfolio of 15+ Brands and a total headcount of 66,000 employees.
Prior to taking on a Corporate role at Americana, Nayla was a full-time Consultant employed by Mercer Consulting [2015 – 2017] and Ernst and Young [2011 – 2015] serving various clients within the MENA region across various industries and sectors. In her previous roles, Nayla was mostly recognized by her peers and superiors alike for her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement and for always raising the bar higher and driving results. Nayla is also distinguished for her thought leadership and sets a record in successfully managing a project from its onset to its completion.
In her current role, Nayla drives the Corporate Culture and People Transformation agenda for the Group with a mandate to enable accelerated cultural change and build a high performance organization that is agile and results-focused, to deliver on our strategic imperatives and achieve profitable growth.
Nayla has been selected as one of the top 50 talented individuals in our organization and she is most passionate about driving change and making a difference in the business by spearheading and implementing long-term value creation projects and initiatives.
Nayla holds a B.A in Psychology from the Lebanese Americana University and a Masters in Global Human Resource Management.
