Senior Business Development Manager
Amy Vinette currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager at Rich Products. Her main charge is to fuel growth by building a pipeline of breakthrough innovation platforms that delight Rich’s customers and consumers with the United States and Canada Region.
She began her career in 2012, as part of Rich’s prestigious Manager in Training (MIT) program. Rotating throughout the business in Sales, Marketing, Process, Customer Service and Logistics and other areas, Amy gained wide-ranging knowledge of Rich’s and the food industry as a whole. She also spent several years in varying marketing roles, managing multiple sweet treat categories.
Amy’s success has always been fueled from within; her personal growth and innate quest to learn from others was a product of both personal drive and the mentorship provided by several female leaders who came before her. Amy reflects that the influential women in her life – at Rich’s and beyond – have served as inspiring examples of what to strive for, and also, have influenced her commitment to paying it forward to other women in the industry.
Prior to joining Rich’s, Amy earned her MBA from University at Buffalo and a BS in Marketing and Management from Canisius College. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking and being outdoors. She absolutely loves being a mom to her two young children, Siena and Noah, who bring new meaning to her “active” lifestyle.
