is the Foodservice Strategy and Sales Leader at Procter & Gamble Professional. Ola has helped design and launch P&G Professional’s Total Foodservice Solutions Program, including a comprehensive mechanical warewash proposition, and P&G’s nationwide 365/24/7 service system.
As an advocate for change and personal growth, she also led the development of P&G Professional’s training program to enhance sales competencies and improve personal capabilities of National Sales Team.
Ola was born in Poland, where she earned Master’s Degree in Business at the University of Economics in Poznan. She joined P&G Poland right after university and began her career in customer management. Throughout her career in Poland she helped P&G design core go-to-market strategies, develop and launch new initiatives and deliver business growth by leading sales teams. She moved to the USA with her husband and son in 2008, where she continued her P&G career by helping to develop global programs, grow P&G’s eCommerce business, and most recently designing the Foodservice program for P&G Professional.
Ola is an agile learner, thrives on challenging problems and loves designing for whitespace business opportunities. She is also an avid reader, a true foodie and experienced traveler. Influenced by strong female characters in her life, like her Grandmother, she has been brought up in the spirit of embracing change, learning from mistakes, and paving her own path.
