is Vice President, Brand Marketing at The Wendy’s Company. Lindsay leads the value and promotional strategy for the brand, the merchandising team, multicultural marketing, kids & family marketing and cause marketing with the brand’s signature cause – the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Her team is constantly collaborating to develop high impact marketing programs, new products and menu and merchandising strategies that move the brand forward.
Prior to her current role, Lindsay held various finance and marketing positions of increasing scale and impact, all with a focus on using data and insights to grow the business. In 2013, Lindsay received an Employee of the Year award for her work in Investor Relations & Strategic Communications.
Lindsay joined Wendy’s in 2011 after spending the previous four years in finance and marketing positions with Bob Evans Restaurants. In 2011, Lindsay received the Bob Evans Chairman’s Award for outstanding performance and leadership with the company’s restaurant remodeling initiative.
Lindsay initiated and helped launch the first employee network at Wendy’s, Women of Wendy’s. She was a recipient of a Presidential Scholarship from The Ohio State University, where she graduated with honors from The Fisher College of Business in 2008. She currently resides in Lewis Center, Ohio with her husband Brad, daughter Harper; son Colter and Weimaraner, Perry.
