View a video of what being a Change Maker means to me.

Stephanie Willoughby earned her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Brigham Young University in 2012. Her career with Idahoan began immediately upon graduation beginning in supply chain as a Demand Planner. In this role, she streamlined much of the sales forecasting process leveraging her knowledge of statistical models and driving significant efficiency for the sales management team. During this time, she also led several other projects including a reduction in liability for discontinued items as part of SKU rationalization.

Stephanie has since progressed to the role of Production Planner where, in addition to providing leadership for the demand planning role, she works cross-functionally to ensure Idahoan’s sales teams and customers have surety of supply.  As the S&OP leader, she provides a monthly executable plan for the Operations Team. She also plays a vital role in the production for international sales, overcoming long lead times to support product availability in volatile markets.

Stephanie truly loves her work in supply chain as it provides daily opportunities to solve challenges, cross-functional collaboration, and overcoming complex issues to see a product from conception to delivery.  She looks forward to earning her Master of Supply Management degree. Stephanie  aspires to lead a supply chain function, providing her an opportunity to share her passion for development with others and delivering value at an enterprise level.

In her spare time, she enjoys road biking, snow shoeing, and spending time with family.
