Courtney Anderson joined Dunkin’ Brands, home of iconic Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins, in 2014 and currently serves as a research and development manager on the Culinary Innovation team at company headquarters in Canton, Mass. Courtney has held positions of increasing responsibility over the past five years, and in her current role she manages Dunkin’ beverage innovation for the U.S. business. Most recently, she was the lead developer of the highly-successful Dunkin’ ready-to-drink (RTD) bottled iced coffee beverage, one of the most successful product launches in the brand’s history.
Prior to joining Dunkin’ Brands, Courtney worked for International Food Network (IFN) as an associated food scientist, and for Coca-Cola Refreshments as a microbiologist.
Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in food science and technology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, and her master’s degree in innovation from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School.
