Early on in his career, he inspired teams with diversity and inclusion, bringing to life the true essence of globalization, transcending race, gender, age and nationalities. Realizing the transformational impact that gender equity delivers, and the disproportionate gap of talent within the industry, Glen actively pursued institutionalizing tools that enable women to progress in their careers, strengthen their competencies and break through the barriers that are entrenched in the workplace.
