  • Cancellations: Cancellations received by Friday, March 3, 2017 will be refunded, minus a $175 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Friday, March 3, 2017. Email your cancellation requests to this address. Please note that the WFF membership that accompanies your Full Conference registration will be canceled along with your conference registration. If you have purchased a WFF membership separately from your Full Conference registration, your membership will remain valid.

  • Transfers: Registrations are transferable between March 4, 2017 through Friday, March 24, 2017. Any transfer will incur a $175 processing fee payable upon transfer request. Call or email our Registration Headquarters at 1-972-770-9006 or this address for transfer information. Please note: Both the event registration and corresponding WFF membership will be transferred to the substitute attendee.

  • Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WFF's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.

  • Liability Waiver & Release: In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in, the WFF event, I hereby warrant and represent that I am age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Women’s Foodservice Forum or its members, employees, board members, partners, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that I may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during or after the Event unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of WFF. This Waiver and Release is specifically binding upon my heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.

  • Registration for Education Sessions: Education sessions are available for sign up during the initial registration process. We encourage you to register for your sessions as early as possible – space is limited.

  • Roster of Attendees: The roster of attendees will be available via this website to registered attendees beginning November 7, 2016.
