Q. What is the cost to attend conference?
A. Full Conference Registration is $1,795 USD and a One-Day Pass* is $1,295 USD

PLEASE NOTE: Membership to WFF through December 2018 is included with each Full Conference Registration.
*Each one-day registration covers all events and sessions for the day selected. One-day registration does not include WFF membership.

Q. Our company would like to hold a meeting or event with our group attendees during ALDC. What are the best times to do so?
A. WFF requests you conduct meetings with your group attendees outside of the ALDC event times listed below. Please see Affiliate Event details here.

Q. How do I reserve a block of hotel rooms for those attending from my company?
A. Sleeping room blocks are available at each of the conference hotels during ALDC 2018 to the following groups:

  • An organization that wishes to block 50 or more rooms per night

To book your room block, complete this form. Once eligibility is confirmed, you will receive an email from Lori Lorstcher who will assist you through the booking process. If you have any questions, please email here or call (817) 267-6698. Note: The hotel will confirm with WFF that your group is eligible for a room block.

Q. When will the roster of attendees be available online?
A. The roster will be available to registered attendees beginning December 1, 2017.

  • Sunday, March 4- 4:30 pm-8:30 pm
  • Monday, March 5 - 8:00 am-11:30 am, 2:00 pm-5:00 pm
  • Tuesday, March 6 - 8:00 am-11:30 am, 2:00 pm-5:00 pm
  • Wednesday, March 7 - 8:00 am-Noon

WFF Membership

Q. What is the annual membership fee if I do not attend the Conference?
A. The annual membership fee remains $99 and is up for renewal on your anniversary date.

Q. What are the benefits of having a WFF membership?
A. Year-round access to WFF resources such as:

  • The Leadership Competency Assessment
  • Success Talks
  • WFF Network

Q. How soon after I register will I have access to WFF resources?
A. These resources are available to anyone who has an active WFF membership. If you are a new member of WFF, you will have access to all member benefits starting January 1, 2018.

Q. Once my membership begins, how will I receive my username and password?
A. Your membership username and password are the same as those you created when registering for the Annual Leadership Development Conference. If you forget your password or username, select "Forgot my password or my username" on wff.org and follow the prompts.

Q. Does the $1,795 USD include the annual membership fee?
A. Yes, the one price conference fee includes the annual membership fee, through December 1, 2018. The membership fee alone remains $99 USD per year.

Q. Can I get a group discount for registering multiple people at one time?
A. No, the Conference registration price is $1,795 USD regardless of how many are attending from your company.

Q. I want to register 10 or more and pay with a credit card; can each guest register on their own?
A. Each guest from your group can register using the event website and pay with a credit card. If you want to pay with 1 credit card for 10 attendees, please email for more information.

Q. How do I register a group of 10 or more and pay with a check?
A. Please contact WFF Registration Headquarters at 1-972-770-9006 or send email to register a group of 10 or more and pay with a check.

Q. Can I pay for registration with a check?
A. WFF accepts checks only for group registrations of 10 attendees or more. Please contact WFF Registration Headquarters at 1-972-770-9006 or send email for assistance.

Q. As a member, why don't I get a discount price to attend the Conference, like I received in the past?
A. You are receiving a discounted bundled price that includes both Annual Conference attendance and access to WFF resources such as:

  • The Leadership Competency Assessment
  • Success Talks
  • WFF Network

Q. What is the advantage of registering early for the 2018 Conference?
A. This year, registration for education sessions will open with Conference registration. By registering early you can secure your spot in popular education sessions.

Q. I recently renewed my membership with WFF; what is the value of this new pricing model?
A. Once you register for the Conference, your WFF membership will be extended until December 31, 2018.

Q. Will I receive WFF membership through December 2018 with the purchase of a Conference One-Day Pass?
A. No. One-Day passes for the Conference do not include membership to WFF through December 2018.

Q. If I cancel or transfer my Conference registration, do I lose my WFF membership as well?
A. Yes, cancellations and transfers will be applied to both the event registration and the corresponding WFF membership.

Q. What if I need a receipt for my registration?

Q. I'm having trouble with my registration; whom do I call for assistance?

Educational Sessions

Q. When can I choose my Conference classes?
A. You can select your classes when you register for the Conference.
