Hotel Policies for Individual Room Reservations
All hotel reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card.
Should an attendee cancel a hotel reservation, a refund of the deposit/cancellation fees will be given by the hotel in accordance with the hotel policy.
Hotel Early Departure
Should an attendee check out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to the individual account in accordance with the hotel policy.
Hotel Policies Sleeping Room Blocks
Sleeping room blocks are available at the 2018 Annual Leadership Development Conference Hotels to organizations wishing to block 50 or more rooms per night.
- To book your room block of 50 or more rooms per night, complete the Sub-Block Request Form or call our Registration Help Desk at 1-972-770-9006.
Note: Registration Help Desk will confirm with WFF that your group is eligible for a room block.
- The room block will be available based on hotels' availability.
- The group will be issued a contract from the hotel committing you to the block.
- The commitment will include a 95% attrition rate and the cut-off date of January 09, 2018.
